Refund window
We offer a 24-hour refund window from the time of purchase. If a Wegs product doesn't work for your setup and our team cannot make it right, you are eligible for a refund within this window.
How to request a refund
Open a ticket in our Discord or contact us through the support page. Include your order email, the product purchased, and a short description of the issue. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Eligibility
Refunds are issued when our team is unable to resolve a clear technical issue with the product. Refunds are not guaranteed for change of mind or for issues caused by unsupported hardware, custom modifications, or third-party software conflicts.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via our payment provider. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through support.
